I’m so excited and beyond honored to share that Michaela and Michael’s intimate micro wedding in Montauk is featured on Style Me Pretty’s front page. When life threw the happy couple a bit of curveball, they decided to make lemonade out of lemons and have a small micro wedding in the Hamptons with their immediate family. Micro Wedding Featured on Martha Stewart Weddings

I am so excited to finally be able to share that one our incredible couples has been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings. Ashley and Tim decided that didn’t want to cancel their wedding or wait any longer due to the pandemic, so they created a smaller guest list and keep their original wedding date. They held their wedding ceremony in their front yard and created an intimate clear tented reception in their backyard at their new home in New York. With 32 guests and their love for one another, the couple declared their love on a perfect Summer day and officially became husband and wife. With an initial date change and then a quick venue change, I am beyond grateful that my couple made sure I was part of their decision making process to capture their wedding day. 10 Best Hamptons Wedding Venues

As a Hamptons wedding photographer, I look forward to traveling to the east end of Long Island to photograph weddings in The Hamptons. I actually grew up in Sag Harbor so when I pack up and travel “out east”, it always feel as if I’m going home if only for a few days. I know all the backroads, local hangouts, and (most importantly) best places for my couples to take their wedding photos. So, I thought it would be helpful to share a few of my favorite Hamptons Wedding Venues to help you plan your best day ever out in the Hamptons!

Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa

One of my all time favorite wedding venues, Gurney’s Montauk Resort and Seawater Spa has the most incredible and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Couples can get married outside on the Forward Deck or down on Gurney’s private beach. It’s one of the east end’s luxury wedding venues and thrilled to be one of their preferred wedding vendors!

Montauk Yacht Club

Gurney’s Star Island - formerly the Montauk Yacht Club - is one of the very first wedding venues I worked out in Montauk and started my love affair with Montauk wedding venues. Gurney’s Star Island Resort is private and faces Lake Montauk. Couples can get married on the great lawn with the super cute cottages in the background, or on the patio facing the lake. They now have a tented wedding space for their luxury wedding receptions. I love working with their friendly staff and thrilled to continue to be one of their preferred photography vendors.

Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club

This hidden gem in Bridgehampton has the best of both worlds. A gorgeous reception space and outside patio, and private beach for intimate wedding receptions. Bridgehampton Tennis and Surf Club offers couples the opportunity to keep their reception going with and after-hours bonfire on the beach. I love photographing elegant weddings at BTSC and honored to be listed as one of their preferred wedding vendors.

360 East at Montauk Downs

Couples are in for a treat when they get married at 360 East at Montauk Downs because the venue will secure the proper permits for their couples to get married on the cliffs along the Atlantic Ocean at Camp Hero with the iconic Montauk Lighthouse in the background. Simply stunning options to say your vows!

East Hampton Point

Looking for an intimate and classic Hamptons wedding venue to host your wedding? East Hampton Point could be the perfect location just for you! East Hampton Point faces Three Mile Harbor which have incredible sunsets perfect for your bride and groom photos. The venue also offers the quaintest cottages for your guests to stay on the property for your wedding.

RGNY Vineyard

Now it’s not technically in The Hamptons, but RGNY Vineyard and Winery is located on the North Fork on Long Island. Formerly Martha Clara Vineyards, this is one of my favorite wedding venues because of its unique location. Couples are permitted to take photos inside the vineyard among the fruit and along the Parisian-inspired hedges along the perimeter. RGNY can hold wedding ceremonies outside with the winery vines in the background, host cocktails outside behind their reception barn. The staff at RGNY is delightful and I’m honored to be one of their preferred wedding vendors.

Solé East in Montauk

Looking for a really modern location in the Hamptons to host your intimate weddings? Well, Sole East in Montauk might just be the perfect location for you! I am obsessed with their modern, cool, and hip beach-inspired decor inside Sole East. I wish they could decorate my home too! Couples can have a tented wedding reception in the back while guests enjoy cocktails at the bar and private pool during the day. I absolutely LOVE this venue!!

Sebonack Golf Club

This private golf club, is located in the heart of Southampton. Couples to be can host their luxury wedding reception outside under the beautiful white tent on the lawn. The Sebonack Golf Club has panoramic views of the Peconic Bay. Beautiful summer sunsets creates incredible backgrounds for your bride and groom wedding photos. Dancing under the stars among your closest family and friends sounds pretty perfect to me! It’s a beautiful location for your black tie wedding reception!

Brooklyn Heights Engagement Photos

In the middle of pandemic, you can choose to either accept things you cannot change, or changes things you can accept. My sweet couple did just that. They decided that even though the world might be falling apart around them, they were still going to celebrate their love for one another and continue with their plans. And that is exactly what we did! We met when it was safe to go back outside and celebrated their would-be wedding date with an engagement session in new york city. It was wonderful to see them and even spend an hour doing what I love to do, take photos and create a bit of magic with each and every one of my clients. Pippin Hill Farm Wedding Venue in Virginia

One of my all-time favorite wedding locations is Pippin Hill Farm wedding venue near Charlottesville, Virginia. The intimate property has so much to offer couples and their guests. It sits on top of a hill facing the Blue Ridge Mountains and has a private tasting room, reception space, and on-site vineyard. I wanted to share a few of my favorite spots for Pippin Hill Farm wedding photos.

The Granary

I think the most iconic photo is right in front of The Granary. When you arrive on the property it’s the first thing you see and it’s beautiful. The walkway is lined with beautiful Hydrangeas that are in peak bloom in August, which is when my client got married at Pippin Hill Farm. This is one of my favorite spots for bride and groom, bridal party, and family photos. With an iconic backdrop, every photo will be gorgeous!

The Bridal Suite

Pippin Hill Farm’s bridal suite what dreams were made of. The light decor, elegant details, and huge front window give the space a warm and inviting feel. It has ample size for your bridal party and private space to slip your wedding gown on, before you enter the room for the final reveal.

Wedding Ceremony Location at Pippin Hill Farm

Have you ever seen a more scenic and breathtaking wedding ceremony location? Who wouldn’t want to get married outside with the Blue Ridge Mountains as your wedding ceremony backdrop. It’s truly iconic and you are pretty much guaranteed to have stunning wedding photos from every angle.

Wedding Photo Locations

Couples can take their wedding photos all around the property at Pippin Hill Farm. A few of my favorite spots for my couples photos are along the welcome path to The Granary, especially when the hydrangea’s are in bloom. Along the vines inside the properties vineyards and the reserve room veranda. I also love to take photos in front of the property with the mountains in the background. Every little spot you find is better than the last. There are so many little hidden gems on the property. It’s absolutely stunning!

The Veranda for Cocktail Hour

Guests are treated to an outside cocktail hour immediately following your wedding ceremony along the private veranda. It’s covered to shelter you (and your guests!) from the Virginia summer heat. Guests can sit along the lawn chairs, walk the grounds, and enjoy wine from Pippin Hill’s Winery.

Wedding Reception Inside The Granary

Inside the all-white granary, the couple can design their reception space with their wedding designers and planners. The vaulted ceilings and light decor give the space a very light and airy feeling. A good photo tip is that the white walls also make a great space for family photos inside the air-conditioned venue during the Summer. Just in case a few family members want to stay out of the heat!

Capacity: Up to 250 guests will enjoy an unbelievable experience at Pippin Hill Farm.
